How do you ship the goods?
Depends on the weight and package size of the goods. For a smaller size (or light weight) of goods, we will ship them by DHL, TNT, Fedex, then yes, you can track them online.
If the goods package size is big or the weight is heavy, we will arrange the delivery to airport via air freight or seaport via sea freight.
If the you need the goods urgent, we will change the shipment ways as your requirement.
How much will I be charged for shipping my goods?
It will depend on quantity, type of product and country to ship. Generally, we will choose the economical ways to ship the goods, to reduce the shipping cost for you.
How can I know if my order has been shipped? Can I track them online?
Once your goods are shipped, we’ll send you a shipment notification email. This email includes the carrier name, tracking number. If the goods are shipped via express (DHL/FEDEX/UPS), you can check the shipping details online via the express carrier’s website. You may also get shipment status notification email from carrier.
If the goods are shipped to airport via air freight or the goods are shipped to seaport via sea freight, the shippment status can not be checked online. We will inquire the shipping status to forwarder carrier often and feedback to you.
Do I need to deal with the custom clearance?
It depends on the goods shipment ways.
If the goods are shipped by internal express (DHL, Fedex, UPS), the forwarder will help deal with the custom clearance. You need to provide related documents.
If the goods are shipped to airport via air freight or the goods are shipped to seaport vai air freight, you need to deal with the custom clearance. Most of clients will find local custom clearance agent.
Will any tax or tariff be charged for my order?
You need to pay the possible tariff or import fee caused by customs clearance.
