Question1: Can the optical fiber fusion splicer work on 4000-5000meter attitude?
Answer: Yes, it is military grade fiber fusion splicer which can work well on 5000meter attitude.
The customer must perform arc calibration firstly. The splice machine will record this parameter after calibration, and it will work normally.
When return to normal sea level attitude, please do the arc calibration again, the splicer machine will return to normal parameters.
Question2: Could you do OEM for us?
Answer: Yes, we can do artwork including printing, logo etc. for you, the device will with your LOGO on the optic fiber splicer case.
Question3: How can we place order for the splice machine?
Answer: After we made agreement on the product’ parameters, we will make proforma invoice for your confirmation.when we got your advance payment (deposit) we will arrange the production and delivery.
If you have your own ship forwarder, we will use your ship forwarder to delivery goods. if you don’t have ship forwarder, then when the goods arrived at Destination port, you must find a ship forwarder help you clear the custom.
Question4: How about the shipping?
Answer: For small orders, we will send the goods by International Express like HK Fedex, DHL, TNT or UPS. usually it takes about 7work days to arrive.If big quantity we will ship by Ocean transportation, it takes one month to arrive. if urgnet, you can select shipping by Air, but freight charge will be more expensive.

Answer: Yes, the fiber holder on the splicer can be switched to connector holder, then you can fuse the connector and the fiber.

Answer: Dear Customer, the standard accessory include a pair of electrodes, fiber cleaver, miller stripper, etc, but heat shrink tubes are not included. You can order the heat shrink tubes sperately from us.
Question7: How often do I have to charge the battery if we do not use this Fusion Splice?
Answer: To maximize the battery performance and prolongs its service life, it is better to recharge the fiber splicer machine every 3 months when you do not use it for long period.

I use the fiber splicer for single mode fiber splicing. It is easy to do the fiber job and works great.
By the way, I want to know how long the electrodes work, how often will it be changed?

Excelent machine
this has been a pleasure to use.
This fusion splicer is top notch quality. Easy to use, strip the fiber, Cleve it and put into machine properly and let the splicer align it, fuse it.
I will say the splicer does the job and I have no complaints. Simple to use and after 100 splices everything works as it’s supposed to. If you are looking for something cheaper than famous brands, this is a good option. It’s durable put together well and doesn’t feel cheap.
I have been using this splicer for about 3 months now, it does the job at a fraction of the cost of the cheapest name brand splicer. The machine does have a decent customization menu. I tested a few splices when I first got the machine, and it does create a splice with very minimal loss.
