What is the Suspension Clamp

The preformed Suspension Clamp is coupled with Suspension Brace which is made up of Rubber Insert, Housing, Bolt, Spring Washer, Flat Washer, Nut, brace pin; Exterior and interior Preformed rods. The Interior Preformed rods are directly enveloped outside of the cables and latched onto by the Rubber Insert, to produce maximum protection and firmness for the cables whilst the Exterior Preformed rods are held onto by Housing and pressed the Rubber Insert.
The Preformed Suspension Clamp is used to fasten ADSS cable stretch in transmission line pole (tower). It lessens the static stress at the support spot and elevates the vibration absorbing capabilities of ADSS cables, and mitigates the dynamic stress of gusty vibration. as well as guarantees that the cable bowing will not surpass the acceptable estimates. Midspan suspension Clamp ensures that the cable does not create bending pressure in order not to derive extra loss in the fibre optic cables.

Let’s take a quick look at the material composition: Firstly, the housing is made up of cast aluminum alloy, has antirusting properties and high automatic performance. The rubber insert is made of high quality rubber, augmented for high resistance to chemical and extreme high and low temperature variations and compression set of the weather condition. The Bolt, Spring Washer, Flat Washe, and Nut are all highly insulated. The part that has conducting properties is the Brace Pin.
The Exterior and Interior Preformed rods are all made of aluminum alloy wire, with firmed and excellent elasticity and high anti rusting properties, it’s durable and has high resistance to harsh weather conditions.

Testimonials

Lomoveishiy – Finland

I needed those to connect my PC on the third floor to have internet access in that room, and ISP installed their modem on the first floor only. After dropping fiber patch cables, plugged in all cables into these media converters at both sides, and link came up instantly. Was much easier than I thought!

Raymond – USA

Great experience – units worked straight out of the box – just needed plug in cables and we were done. I also like the possibility to enable jumbo frames, while we do not have a need for this feature at the current moment it’s great to have this option.
