Why Do We Need Optical Fiber Extenders?

Fiber optic extenders are signal extension devices. People use it when the long distance direct connection cable cannot match the transmission requirements. It is to ensure long-distance signal transmission with minimum attenuation.

There is a sending end and a receiving end in a fiber optic extender. The sending end converts the input signal into an optical signal, and the receiving end is responsible for converting the optical signal into the original signal, so it is generally used in pairs.
