    Description

    The Industrial Dry Contact Fiber Multiplexer is a rugged industrial transmission device designed for reliable long-distance dry contact signal communication over fiber optic networks. This industrial fiber MUX equipment supports 1–4 channel unidirectional dry contact transmission or 2-channel bidirectional transmission, making it ideal for industrial automation, process control, traffic systems, power substations, and security monitoring environments. Designed with industrial-grade EMC protection and strong anti-interference capability, Industrial Dry Contact Fiber MUX Equipment prevents electromagnetic interference, surge damage, and lightning-related disruptions. The device supports dry node and wet node signal transmission while maintaining stable switching states even when optical links are disconnected.

    Its compact DIN-rail industrial design supports wide-range 9–55V AC/DC redundant dual power input with overload and reverse polarity protection for maximum operational reliability. Featuring IP40 aluminum housing, fanless heat dissipation, IEC61000-4-5 lightning protection, and a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C, the industrial fiber MUX equipment performs reliably in harsh industrial environments.

    Industrial Dry Contact Fiber Multiplexer Features

    • It can support unidirectional 4-channel dry contact and bidirectional 2-channel dry contact; Dry contact type supports dry node and wet node;
    • The switching state of the dry contact is stable when it is turned on or the optical fiber is not connected, and there will be no disorderly action state;
    • The dry contact input interface has its own filter to filter out the interference pulse and ensure the stable output of the dry contact signal at the output terminal;
    • It is possible to set the normally open and normally closed states of each switch output when the optical fiber is not connected;
    • Dry contact interface anti-radar to IEC61000-4-5 (8/20μS) differential mode: 6KV, impedance (2Ω); common mode: 6KV, impedance (2Ω) standard;
    • Support a wide range of 9-55V AC and DC power input;
    • Support internal isolation, redundant dual power input;
    • The power supply supports overload protection and anti-reverse connection protection;
    • Comply with industrial level 4 electromagnetic compatibility requirements;
    • Super lightning protection function: lightning protection, anti-inductive high voltage, anti-surge, etc.;
    • No fan for efficient heat dissipation, reducing repair time;
    • Anodized aluminum alloy shell, IP40 protection level, can withstand the test of harsh environment;
    • Rail or wall-mounted installation;
    • Wide temperature type: working temperature -40℃~ +85℃;
    • All models have passed 100% oven test;
