Pole Mount Clamp Bracket for ADSS UPB Cable Anchor

Description

The Pole Mount Cable anchor bracket is a high-strength, multi-purpose mounting solution. Designed for reliable fiber optic cable deployment on wooden, concrete, and metal poles. Manufactured from premium aluminum alloy, this pole mount clamp bracket delivers excellent mechanical performance, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability in outdoor environments.

Its versatile structural design allows flexible cable routing configurations, making it ideal for telecom, FTTH, and aerial network installations. Whether used for supporting cable fittings, anchoring hardware, or organizing fiber distribution points. The UPB mount ensures stable and secure installation. One of its key advantages is the non-invasive installation method, which prevents damage to ducts or cables—no cutting or splitting required. Additionally, the bracket supports dual installation options (pole straps or bolts), offering installers maximum flexibility depending on field conditions. With easy installation, high load capacity, and universal compatibility, the UPB universal mount is a cost-effective and dependable solution for modern fiber network infrastructure.

Pole Mount Clamp Bracket Features & Functions

Universal Pole Compatibility:

Engineered to mount securely on wooden, concrete, or metal poles, eliminating the need for multiple bracket types.

High-Strength Construction:

Manufactured from durable aluminum alloy for excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance, and long-term reliability in harsh outdoor environments.

Versatile Anchoring Solution:

Specifically designed as a universal mount for anchoring ADSS cables and other fittings, adapting to various cable routing configurations.

Dual, Easy Installation Methods:

Can be quickly installed using pole straps (for undrilled poles) or Ø14/16 mm through-bolts (for drilled poles), requiring no special tools.

Cable Protection Design:

The structure allows for easy mounting to duct assemblies without cutting or splitting, ensuring the integrity of your fiber optic cables is maintained.

Multi-Use Application:

Serves as a fundamental component in cable connecting fittings, ideal for telecommunication networks, FTTx deployments, and utility infrastructure.

Cable anchor bracket Installation Process

With Pole Straps:

UPB Universal Mount attaches to all types of rods (drilled or undrilled) using two  20mm wide rod straps and two B20 buckles  or two A20 clevis mounts. On average, you need 2 meters of bar tape per bracket The choice of bar tape thickness depends on the strength required  and  the stresses the bracket will be subjected to.

With bolts:

If the pole head (wooden, partly concrete) is drilled, the universal pole bracket UPB can also be mounted with  Ø 14 or 16 mm through-bolts. Screw length is  proportional to masthead diameter + 42mm (bracket thickness).
