Loose the four screws a bit but do not remove them.
Then move the whole electrodes base to the left/right a bit (if arcing is in the left, then move electrode base in the right position and test below procedures)
After setting the electrodes, press the ARC button (Every time you do the arcing, please close the Windshield), then you will see the white blank square the display.
You can move the electrodes, then press electrodes until the white square is in the middle of the display (if arcing is in the left, then move electrode base in the right position, Vice Versa). That means the electrodes base is in the correct position now. Then you can tight the screws and do the arc calibration.
