Description

The BDFR-503 Bi Directional SFP transceiver are high-performance, single-mode, single-fiber SFF (Small Form Factor) optical transceivers.  Designed for advanced optical data communication applications. These transceivers feature a cutting-edge FP laser with temperature compensation and an automatic power control circuit integrated into the transmitter, alongside a 1550/1310nm  Splitter. The receiver uses an efficient InGaAs/InP PIN photodiode and trans-impedance amplifier with Automatic Gain Control (AGC). Ensuring a wide dynamic range and exceptional reliability.

Designed to operate at data rates up to 1.25Gb/s, the BDFR-503 series is ideal for Ethernet and ATM network designs, and is fully compliant with SONET/OC-3 and SDH/STM-1 standards.
